My newest Obsession

The Gucci Jackie bag has been in every vintage store I’ve been to throughout Europe— and I’ve made it a point to go to A LOT. It’s no secret that I love a hobo bag, but this particular one has been a constant in my time abroad. If you understand my Alchemist reference, this bag is an omen for me, a vital sign from the universe(that I should get one). Why I have such a spiritual connection to the bag, I have no clue, but I am not the only one whose love for the bag runs deep. The Jackie 1961 was renamed from the Constance for Jackie O herself, a religious wearer of the bag. 64 years later, the bag is still in style. It was never a fad; it’s iconic. So I guess this obsession of mine deserves an entire article to itself. Here are some of the most unique and perfect Jackies I’ve seen abroad, from vintage stores to the Gucci Museum.
